Required Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification appropriate for school-based practice
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Comfortable supporting students in 1:1 and small group sessions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
  • Provide 1:1 intervention as well as group sessions where needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insight for student development
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
