Elementary Middle School School Speech Language Pathologist - Raeford, NC

This opportunity focuses on providing vital speech and language services to learners at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, including targeted 1:1 support. Desired Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year
• Previous experience working with school-aged children (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Confidence delivering both group and individualized, 1:1 therapy
• Strong organizational skills for caseload management and documentation
• Ability to implement evidence-based interventions and provide progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement IEPs, ensuring measurable, attainable speech goals
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Consult with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain compliance with all required documentation, reports, and timelines
• Participate in pertinent meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver professional insight for ongoing student success and program improvement
