Step into a rewarding full-time opportunity supporting students for the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this contract position, you will deliver in-person services to a diverse pediatric population, collaborating closely with school staff to help students reach their fullest communication potential.
Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for California SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in school settings and/or pediatric speech therapy
- Background in both healthcare and educational environments preferred
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, for 37.5 hours per week
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, individually and in small groups
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Offer ongoing consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families
- Participate actively in IEP and school staff meetings
- Help create an inclusive, supportive environment for children at varying stages of development
