Work directly with a manageable caseload of 51 students, alongside three speech paras and one paperwork para dedicated to your classroom. Your expertise will drive positive student outcomes, while daily collaboration fosters a close-knit, enriching environment. Qualifications:

  • Current CCC-SLP certification (ASHA certified)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based, pediatric settings
  • Ability to deliver customized therapeutic interventions
  • Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Healthcare, school, and pediatric SLP experience preferred
  • CF/SLPA supervision is not available internally at this time, but those with an external supervisor are encouraged to discuss their application

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group formats
  • Develop, implement, and review IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain comprehensive, timely documentation
  • Support and mentor paraprofessional staff
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Engage with families and teachers to promote generalization of skills
