Work directly with a manageable caseload of 51 students, alongside three speech paras and one paperwork para dedicated to your classroom. Qualifications:
- Current CCC-SLP certification (ASHA certified)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based, pediatric settings
- Ability to deliver customized therapeutic interventions
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- Healthcare, school, and pediatric SLP experience preferred
- CF/SLPA supervision is not available internally at this time, but those with an external supervisor are encouraged to discuss their application
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group formats
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain comprehensive, timely documentation
- Support and mentor paraprofessional staff
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Engage with families and teachers to promote generalization of skills
