School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Rancho Cordova, California

Start your next assignment supporting students’ communication and language development in a dynamic school environment! We're seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to work in-person with students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade (ages 5-22). This is an immediate need, filling in for an SLP going on maternity leave, and you'll join a collaborative team including an SLPA.

Enjoy a structured contract position with the flexibility of ongoing employment and the option for either party to give a 30-day notice. This full-time role follows a family-friendly Monday through Friday, 7am–3pm schedule, providing an ideal work-life balance.

What you'll bring:

• Active SLP license and CCC credential
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to qualified clinicians ready for an educational setting
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to manage a diverse student caseload from grades K-12
• Commitment to in-person service delivery

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing speech and language therapy to approximately 45 students
• Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families for student success
• Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining thorough documentation
• Supporting inclusion and progress in the classroom setting
