We're seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to work in-person with students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade (ages 5-22). This is an immediate need, filling in for an SLP going on maternity leave, and you'll join a collaborative team including an SLPA.
Enjoy a structured contract position with the flexibility of ongoing employment and the option for either party to give a 30-day notice. This full-time role follows a family-friendly Monday through Friday, 7am–3pm schedule, providing an ideal work-life balance.
What you'll bring:
- Active SLP license and CCC credential
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to qualified clinicians ready for an educational setting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to manage a diverse student caseload from grades K-12
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing speech and language therapy to approximately 45 students
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families for student success
- Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining thorough documentation
- Supporting inclusion and progress in the classroom setting
