Make a positive impact in education by supporting students' communication growth as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. Currently available is a full-time position beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. This role focuses on on-site delivery of speech-language services, with some potential opportunities for virtual support depending on student needs and school circumstances.

Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing the speech and language challenges faced by students throughout the school environment. You will collaborate with other education professionals to help every student reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active SLP license and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience providing therapy within school-based settings preferred.
  • Strong clinical and organizational skills to manage caseloads, complete assessments and write reports.
  • Ability to implement IEPs and document student progress.
  • Adaptability to deliver both in-person and limited virtual services as required.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
  • Engage with students individually and in small groups to improve communication skills.
  • Collect ongoing data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all therapy activities.
