Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid California state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Teletherapy skills and comfort with digital platforms a plus
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills to partner with staff and parents

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of communication and language disorders among PreK students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
  • Provide both direct and consultative services, in-person or via approved teletherapy platforms
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with families to promote student development
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
