Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Teletherapy skills and comfort with digital platforms a plus
- Strong collaborative and communication skills to partner with staff and parents
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of communication and language disorders among PreK students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Provide both direct and consultative services, in-person or via approved teletherapy platforms
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with families to promote student development
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
