Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy best practices
- California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for PreK students
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document therapy services and progress, ensuring compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide bilingual support for students and families, directly addressing linguistic and cultural needs
- Utilize innovative techniques, including teletherapy platforms as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and engage in ongoing professional development
