Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current California SLP licensure or eligibility
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics highly preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery as needed
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop individual education plans (IEPs) for PreK students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in line with students’ IEPs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Utilize evidence-based practices adapted for school and teletherapy settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program improvement
