What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Previous experience in school settings and comfort with diverse K-12 caseloads
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Monitor progress and maintain timely documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Serve as a member of IEP teams, contributing expertise and recommendations
• Provide consultation and support to educators and families to optimize student achievement
