Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility to obtain
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (K-12)
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques for a range of speech and language disorders
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational strengths to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students in individual and group settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Complete thorough, timely assessments and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
