Speech Language Pathologist in Randleman, NC

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in North Carolina
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is highly desirable
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within an elementary school caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy sessions based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster optimal learning environments
• Monitor student progress and keep thorough, timely records
• Participate actively in meetings, in-services, and professional development
• Provide consultation and support for classroom teachers
