Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Randleman, North Carolina

This contract position runs from August 26, 2026, through June 10, 2027, and welcomes both full-time (35 hours per week) and part-time Speech-Language Pathologists. You’ll enjoy reasonable caseloads of 45–50 students and the support you need to make a meaningful impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• North Carolina SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings preferred
• Passion for working with children and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, tracking progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication goals
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and comply with state/local regulations
