Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • School-based experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of best practices in pediatric speech and language therapy
  • Ability to collaborate with educational staff, families, and other professionals
  • Strong documentation and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and provide direct/indirect therapy to K-12 students with varying speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for students
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
