Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide direct SLP services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in consultation with multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress and access to curriculum
  • Document services provided and maintain clear, accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Offer guidance and resources to staff and families about communication disorders and interventions
