Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
- Prior experience in a school-based environment is highly valued
- Strong assessment, intervention, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and collaborating with educational teams
- Ability to communicate clearly with students, parents, and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy in-person to a diverse student population
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult and communicate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each student’s needs
