Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to children with a range of communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support students’ educational and social-emotional development
- Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a subject-matter expert
