Desired Background & Skills
- Active license or eligibility as a SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Previous experience in schools, pediatric, or healthcare settings strongly valued
- Knowledge of assessments, IEP processes, and evidence-based therapy approaches
- Interest in working with middle school and upper elementary populations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage teachers and families

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy with students
- Develop and implement IEPs based on passionate advocacy and student-centered goals
- Implement engaging individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate records, update progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support classroom teachers and families with resources and strategies
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that celebrates student achievements
