Desired Background & Skills

• Active license or eligibility as a SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Previous experience in schools, pediatric, or healthcare settings strongly valued
• Knowledge of assessments, IEP processes, and evidence-based therapy approaches
• Interest in working with middle school and upper elementary populations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage teachers and families
• Flexibility, reliability, and a collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy with students
• Develop and implement IEPs based on passionate advocacy and student-centered goals
• Implement engaging individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate records, update progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support classroom teachers and families with resources and strategies
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that celebrates student achievements
