Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Reading, Pennsylvania

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Expertise with pediatric populations
• Strong background in evaluation, intervention, and collaborative practices
• Comfortable with technology for virtual service delivery (if working VOCO)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervisory guidance to SLPs and support staff within schools
• Oversee assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring for students with diverse communication needs
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in-person and/or virtually
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best supports for students
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Offer mentorship and support to assist fellow clinicians in delivering high-quality services
• Communicate regularly with educators, families, and administrators to share progress and strategies
