Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Expertise with pediatric populations
- Strong background in evaluation, intervention, and collaborative practices
- Comfortable with technology for virtual service delivery (if working VOCO)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervisory guidance to SLPs and support staff within schools
- Oversee assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring for students with diverse communication needs
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in-person and/or virtually
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best supports for students
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Offer mentorship and support to assist fellow clinicians in delivering high-quality services
- Communicate regularly with educators, families, and administrators to share progress and strategies
