Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a must
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or motivation to obtain one)
  • Experience in a school-based setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Committed to fostering student development and working closely with families and teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services customized to student needs
  • Administer assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and guardians to support holistic student progress
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records according to best practices and school guidelines
  • Actively participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed
