Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy and innovative therapy modalities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in a school-aged population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to advocate for student needs
- Leverage teletherapy platforms to deliver personalized intervention when needed
