Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure holistic support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and therapy notes
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports each student’s unique growth
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques across various ages and developmental needs
