Position Overview
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Reading, Pennsylvania 19601
Assignment Dates: August 24, 2026 – June 4, 2027
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Setting: Onsite only
Caseload & Assignment Details
-Caseload maximum: 65 students
-Immediate elementary school need
-Potential opportunity to support students across all grade levels
-District-issued laptop provided
-Systems used: IEP Writer
Responsibilities
-Provide direct in-person speech therapy services per student IEPs
-Complete stand-alone Reevaluations and IEPs
-Participate in IEP and Reevaluation meetings
-Provide classroom consultation and collaborate with school staff
-Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Qualifications
-Active Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility
-Previous school-based experience preferred
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
