Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to adapt to various caseloads and school needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy to elementary students, both individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
  • Offer consultative support to staff and families as needed
  • Adapt to schedule adjustments or caseload changes based on student needs
