Qualifications and Experience:
- Current, valid SLP license and credentials required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt practices to individual student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services per student IEPs.
