Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure for school-based practice
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to K-8 students, addressing speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage case files in compliance with education laws and best practices
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and reporting
- Track progress and adapt interventions to best meet the needs of each student
