Embark on a rewarding journey working with students across multiple school environments for the upcoming 2026-2027 or 2027-2028 academic year. This contract-based opportunity invites three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential services to primarily elementary-aged students, while also supporting an engaging K-12 caseload. With a consistent weekday schedule from 7:30am to 3:30pm, you’ll collaborate closely with school teams, conduct assessments, deliver direct therapy, develop treatment plans, and document progress in the school’s IEP system.

Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist certification required
  • ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
  • Skill with teletherapy modalities; hybrid work option available (up to one day per week via Zoom)
  • Experience with Medicaid billing (MA) required
  • Commitment to using provided equipment and the Sapphire IEP management system

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students, primarily grades K-6
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress across multiple elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school placements, as well as out-of-district assignments
  • Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and maintain accurate, timely records
  • Integrate technology effectively and participate in virtual sessions as needed

As part of this assignment, you’ll serve an approximate caseload of 35 students per SLP, making a tangible difference for young learners across York County. The school will provide you with the necessary technology and training to ensure seamless service delivery and documentation.
