Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, valid SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP development and compliance processes
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage caseload and documentation responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to assigned students onsite
- Design and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Conduct evaluations, interpret assessment data, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation reflecting student progress
- Participate in school-based initiatives and professional development activities
