Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, valid SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with IEP development and compliance processes
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage caseload and documentation responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to assigned students onsite
  • Design and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct evaluations, interpret assessment data, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation reflecting student progress
  • Participate in school-based initiatives and professional development activities
