Exciting opportunity for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a dynamic educational setting supporting students in kindergarten through 8th grade. This full-time, contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the entire school year, with dedicated SLPA support to enhance services and collaboration. The assignment runs from July 21, 2026, through May 21, 2027, providing ample time to build strong relationships with students and staff while implementing comprehensive speech and language programs.

Ideal candidates bring a student-centered approach, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for fostering student success in diverse school environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Arizona SLP license and certification
  • CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Prior experience working with school-age children, preferably within K-8 settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions for K-8 students
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required
  • Supervise and partner with the assigned SLPA to deliver comprehensive services
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
