Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience working in elementary school settings is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in groups, tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other school professionals to ensure effective intervention strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress, and communication with staff and parents
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary educational planning
