This contract position offers an opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to work part-time within a supportive school setting, serving pediatric populations and collaborating with educational teams to help young learners thrive.

In this position, you will provide services over a 15-hour weekly schedule, focusing on assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language needs. Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs holding CCCs are encouraged to apply, as mentorship and collaboration are valued.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates welcome
  • Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and related documentation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to students’ unique learning needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing input and reporting on progress
  • Maintain thorough records and comply with all school and professional standards
  • Provide direct and consultative services as needed
