School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Redford, Michigan

Three positions are available to work directly onsite with a dedicated caseload of 40-55 students, helping shape communication and social skills that will last a lifetime.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with students on the autism spectrum
• Comfortable with direct, onsite speech therapy services (remote work is not available)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy plans for children with diverse needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language services to students with ASD
• Complete comprehensive assessments and progress reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to district policies
