Role Highlights:
- Manage a caseload of 40-55 students in an onsite ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) school environment
- Provide direct speech-language services, assessments, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track and record student progress while maintaining high standards of documentation
- Remain current with best practices and evidence-based intervention strategies
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school or ASD setting preferred
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
