Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CF candidates welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in school settings or with K-12 students is a plus
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities
  • Compassionate, flexible, and committed to inclusive practices
  • Dedication to evidence-based therapy and culturally responsive care

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Delivering direct therapy services to K-12 students
  • Consulting with educators, parents, and school teams
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with special education regulations
  • Contributing to IEP meetings and progress monitoring
  • Promoting communication strategies to support student academic and social success
  • Adapting approaches for diverse learners in a dynamic school community
