School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Redwood City, California

This full-time, contract role is ideal for professionals who hold either their Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or are completing their Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF). Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CF candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team, preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students in K-12 settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct thorough assessments and reevaluations to identify students’ communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
• Develop individual and group treatment plans to enhance communicative abilities
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
