Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome
• Prior school-based or pediatric SLP experience highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students referred to special services
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in one-on-one and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and improvements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to the school community
