Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC certification required
• Eligible for (or possession of) a California state SLP license
• At least one year of recent relevant school-based SLP experience
• Comfortable managing a caseload cap of 55 students
• SLPAs will not be considered for this assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in individual and group settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation aligned with school and district best practices
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
