This full-time, school-year contract requires a skilled SLP who holds their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), ready to deliver best-in-class services to students. With a manageable caseload capped at 55 students, you can focus on providing high-quality and individualized support.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active SLP-CCC credential.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred.
- Licensed to practice as an SLP in California (or eligible).
- Comfortable working independently; SLPAs will not be supported for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Create and execute specialized therapy plans for a caseload of up to 55 students.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Monitor student outcomes and update individualized education program (IEP) documentation regularly.
