Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY welcome)
  • Background in providing therapy within school settings or pediatric populations
  • Experience with evaluations, treatment planning, direct therapy, and documentation
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Ability to utilize teletherapy platforms as needed for remote or hybrid service delivery
  • Strong communication skills to partner with teachers, staff, and caregivers
  • Commitment to inclusive practices and student-centered support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments, interpret results, and share findings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in accordance with IEPs
  • Deliver therapy sessions through in-person and/or teletherapy modalities
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation of services and progress
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote academic and social-emotional success
  • Provide consultation, support, and resources to educational staff and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
