Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY welcome)
- Background in providing therapy within school settings or pediatric populations
- Experience with evaluations, treatment planning, direct therapy, and documentation
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Ability to utilize teletherapy platforms as needed for remote or hybrid service delivery
- Strong communication skills to partner with teachers, staff, and caregivers
- Commitment to inclusive practices and student-centered support
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments, interpret results, and share findings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in accordance with IEPs
- Deliver therapy sessions through in-person and/or teletherapy modalities
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of services and progress
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote academic and social-emotional success
- Provide consultation, support, and resources to educational staff and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
