Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a dedication to collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across varied grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with student goals
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ needs in both pull-out and integrated settings
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and paperwork
• Provide education and consultation regarding speech and language issues to school staff and parents
