Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligibility for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• State licensure (or ability to obtain it)
• Strong collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Effective communicator with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs of students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy as outlined in IEPs to help students reach their full potential
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
• Maintain records aligned with state, federal, and district guidelines
