Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome to apply
• Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to suit diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organizational proficiency in managing caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Deliver individual and group therapy services within a school setting
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for those requiring support
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to advance students’ communication skills
• Maintain thorough and timely progress documentation and reporting
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to provide holistic support
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and family members regarding speech/language development
