Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Current SLP license in Washington state (or eligibility)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with children, families, and staff
  • Comfortable delivering teletherapy or remote services, with solid tech proficiency
  • Quick adaptability in a changing school landscape

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress for a caseload of around 38 elementary students
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication needs in both remote and in-person settings
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with school requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding speech-language goals
  • Offer compensatory services as needed during the summer extension
