Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Washington state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
- Pediatric or school-based experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services in a school environment for a diverse student population
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support learning objectives
- Document progress and maintain records according to district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
