Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Washington state licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
  • Pediatric or school-based experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a school environment for a diverse student population
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support learning objectives
  • Document progress and maintain records according to district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
