Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license for Washington state
  • ESA Certification (or willingness to obtain, if required)
  • Previous experience in K-12 schools preferred, but strong clinical skills and a passion for student progress are highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Flexibility in adapting to evolving caseloads and school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students as part of their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a diverse student population
  • Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Maintain timely, compliant, and accurate records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized goal setting
  • Offer both direct and consultative therapy as assigned
