Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington (CCC required)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Previous experience with early childhood or PreK-Kindergarten populations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with educators, parents, and school-based teams
  • Passion for making a difference in children's lives, especially those at the foundational stages of language development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Provide both individual and group therapy tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create supportive learning environments
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Offer resources and strategies for classroom integration and at-home support
