Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
  • Experience providing SLP services in schools, healthcare settings, or pediatric environments
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, teachers, and other school professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, utilizing best practices for individualized success
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain clear documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet the specific communication and learning needs of each student
  • Provide consultation to teachers and families to maximize language and communication development in the classroom and at home
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
