Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active and valid SLP-CCC certification
  • Washington state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience with school-based or pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and adapting to diverse student needs
  • Compassionate approach and enthusiasm for working with young children

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to PreK students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities throughout the school year
