This contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year, providing the chance to work onsite with a diverse K-12 caseload of up to 45 students. As an SLP in this setting, you will collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to deliver individualized therapy services. Your days will be filled with meaningful engagement, assessment, and intervention designed to unlock every student’s full potential.
Qualifications:
- Current Washington State SLP licensure/certification required
- SLP-CCC credentials
- Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
- Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI
- Ability to manage varying caseload needs across K-12 grade levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
