Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP state license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy plans and strategies for a range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
  • Deliver services across one to two school sites, ensuring focused and coordinated care
