Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Republic, Missouri

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Professional experience in pediatrics, especially K–4 educational environments
• Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology (or eligibility)
• Familiarity with a range of student needs, including essential skills and cross-categorical classrooms
• Prior supervisory experience with SLPAs is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy, assessments, and interventions in a school-based setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students across grades K–4
• Support individualized education plan (IEP) development and implementation
• Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain documentation and monitor student progress
• Adapt services to meet diverse classroom types and individual needs
