School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Reseda, California

Bring your Speech-Language Pathology expertise to an impactful role working with students in a supportive and collaborative school environment. This contract position is ideal for skilled SLPs who enjoy helping students unlock their full communication potential. The assignment is located near Reseda, CA, with a flexible, part-time schedule: three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), totaling 21 hours on-site.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in California (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
• Experience providing therapy in a school-based setting highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, to students
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
• Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal school regulations
