Desired Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Idaho
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings is highly preferred
- Skilled in teletherapy platforms for virtual service delivery
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Passion for supporting student success through individualized interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students K-12, both in-person and via teletherapy, based on student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educational teams
- Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings to share progress and make recommendations
- Offer consultation, training, and support to teachers and families regarding speech and language development
- Adapt therapy and materials for a diverse student population using evidence-based practices
