Key Qualifications:
- Active certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Applications welcome from candidates currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Prior experience in school-based settings is highly valued
- In-depth knowledge of speech and language disorders as well as diverse intervention strategies spanning all student age groups
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services designed to foster student progress and growth
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate communication goals within everyday classroom activities and routines
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and regularly report on student outcomes in accordance with school and state protocols
Compensation for this contract position ranges from $48/hour for Clinical Fellows to $64/hour for SLPs holding their CCCs. Eligible applicants may also access healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
