Located just an hour north of Wilmington, this role runs from ASAP through June 11, 2026, offering long-term stability and a chance to see real growth in your caseload of approximately 45 students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license or eligibility for license in the state
  • SLP-CCC or strong CFY candidates welcome
  • Experience working in pediatric or school settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy for K-5 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
  • Track student progress and complete required documentation in a timely manner
  • Offer consultative services and in-class support as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and related professional activities
