Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Richlands, North Carolina

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates considered
• Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress tracking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, adaptable, and eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and educational staff to foster student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and team consultations
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school district and state guidelines
